Police reports and information requests

Most of the records maintained by the Brunswick Division of Police are, by law, public records. As public records, copies may be requested by any person.

The Division of Police is required to provide copies of requested information within a reasonable time, usually within 72 hours. A fee for copying costs may be assessed at the time a report is picked up.
